THE BOUNDARY RESOLUTION FOR THIS PLAT WAS ESTABLISHED PER THE PLAT OF "EASTON COMMERCIAL" (R2) AND COUNTY
SURVEY 214.31 (R3). ALL RECORD DATA AND MONUMENTS FROM SAID PLAT AND COUNTY SURVEY 2163 WERE HELD. THE
BASIS OF BEARINGS ARE BASED ON SAID PLAT OF "EASTON COMMERCIAL", WHICH WERE BASED ON THE CENTRAL OREGON
COORDINATE SYSTEM (COCS), DERIVED FROM THE OREGON REAL-TIME GNSS NETWORK (ORGN) DESCHUTES 13 TRANSFORMATION.
