The Basis of Bearings is a line between the monuments found on the West right of way of 31 ST Street per (R1) and (R4). Control for this survey was based on referenced surveys hereon. All found monuments were held in their found position for this survey. I then adjusted the common property line between said Lots as requested by our client. Monuments found and set during the course of this survey are as shown on the subjoined survey map.
