THIS SURVEY WAS PERFORMED AT THE REQUEST OF MAI-LAN BUKOVEC.
THE PURPOSE OF THIS SURVEY IS TO ADJUST AND MONUMENT THE PROPERTY LINE THAT WAS COMMON
WITH LOTS 17 AND 18, BLOCK 6, WOODSIDE RANCH PHASE II, BEING DESCRIBED IN STATUTORY
WARRANTY DEEDS 2021--36651 AND 2021-44107 D.C.O.R., IN ACCORDANCE WITH DESCHUTES COUNTY
PLANNING DIVISION PROJECT NUMBER 247-25-000178-LL.
THE BASIS OF BEARINGS FOR THIS SURVEY IS BASED UPON THE SOUTH LINE OF SAID LOT 17, BLOCK
6, WOODSIDE RANCH PHASE II.
THE MISSING POINT OF CURVATURE ALONG RIDGEVIEW DR E AND SAID LOT 17, BEING THE EASTERLY
END OF THE CURVE LABELED Cl WAS ESTABLISHED BY HOLDING RECORD PLATTED DIMENSIONS FROM
THE WESTERLY END OF THE CURVE LABELED C2.
ALL OTHER MONUMENTS SHOWN HEREIN WERE HELD FOR THIS SURVEY. CORRESPONDING RECORD AND
MEASURED DATA ARE SHOWN ON THIS MAP AND LISTED IN THE TABLE OF REFERENCES.
