THE PURPOSE OF THIS SURVEY WAS TO MONUMENT A PROPERTY LINE ADJUSTMENT APPROVED UNDER CITY OF REDMOND LAND USE FILE:
711-25-000223-PLNG (LLA).
THE SUBJECT PROPERTIES ARE LOCATED IN THE WEST ONE-HALF OF THE NORTHEAST ONE -QUARTER OF SECTION 30, TOWNSHIP 15 SOUTH,
RANGE 13 EAST, WILLAMETTE MERIDIAN, CITY OF REDMOND, DESCHUTES COUNTY, OREGON.
THE BOUNDARY WAS ESTABLISHED BY HOLDING RECORD BEARINGS AND DISTANCES BETWEEN FOUND MONUMENTS PER CS 21072.
IN THE INTERIM SINCE CS 21072, THE BPA HAD THEIR RIGHT OF WAY RETRACED AND MONUMENTED IN CS 21276. THE RIGHT OF WAY
MONUMENTED DIFFERS FROM WHAT WAS SHOWN IN CS 21072.1 AM HOLDING THE BPA RIGHT OF WAY RESOLUTION FROM CS 21276.
I THEN ADJUSTED THE LINES AS DIRECTED BY MY CLIENT AND IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE APPROVED LAND USE DECISION.
BASIS OF BEARINGS IS THE CENTRAL OREGON COORDINATE SYSTEM BASED ON TIES TO CO GRID MARKS 15131900 AND 15131800.
