SEPARATE PARCELS, AS REQUESTED BY OUR CLIENT, FIRST CABIN INVESTMENTS
LLC, AND AS APPROVED BY THE CITY OF LA PINE IN FILE NUMBER 06PA-24.
CONTROL FOR THIS SURVEY IS BASED ON THE SURVEYS OF RECORD REFERENCED
ON THIS PLAT AND THE SURVEY MONUMENTS SHOWN AS HELD AND SET ON THIS
MAP. ORIGINAL MONUMENTS AT ALL FOUR CORNERS OF THE SUBJECT LOT WERE
RECOVERED IN GOOD CONDITION AND HELD FOR THIS REPLAT BOUNDARY.
