THE PURPOSE OF THIS SURVEY IS TO REPLAT LOT 8, BLOCK 2, CAGLE SUBDIVISION
PLAT NO. 1, CITY OF LA PINE, DESCHUTES COUNTY, OREGON, INTO THREE
SEPARATE PARCELS, AS REQUESTED BY OUR CLIENT, FIRST CABIN INVESTMENTS
LLC, AND AS APPROVED BY THE CITY OF LA PINE IN FILE NUMBER 07PA-24.
CONTROL FOR THIS SURVEY IS BASED ON THE SURVEYS OF RECORD REFERENCED
ON THIS PLAT AND THE SURVEY MONUMENTS SHOWN AS HELD AND SET ON THIS
MAP. ORIGINAL MONUMENTS AT THE NORTHWEST, SOUTHWEST AND SOUTHEAST
CORNERS OF THE SUBJECT LOT WERE RECOVERED IN GOOD CONDITION AND HELD
FOR THIS REPLAT BOUNDARY. AN IRON ROD OF UNKNOWN ORIGIN WAS FOUND AT
THE INTERSECTION OF A FOUR-WAY FENCE CORNER AT THE NORTHEAST CORNER
OF THE SUBJECT LOT; THIS MONUMENT FIT WELL WITH RECORD PLAT DATA AND
