DESCRIBED IN BARGAIN AND SALE DEED RECORDED MARCH 22, 2023, INST. NO.2023-6485, AS APPROVED BY THE
CITY OF LA PINE PER FILE NUMBER 08PA-24.
THE NORTH LINE OF THE PLAT WAS ESTABLISHED BY HOLDING THE FOUND MONUMENTS AS SHOWN. THE EAST
LINE WAS ESTABLISHED BY HOLDING THE FOUND MONUMENTS AT THE NORTHEAST AND SOUTHEAST CORNERS OF
THE SUBJECT PROPERTY. THE SOUTH LINE WAS ESTABLISHED BY HOLDING THE FOUND MONUMENTS AT THE
SOUTHEAST AND SOUTHWEST CORNERS.

PUBLISHED COORDINATES FOR CENTRAL OREGON COORDINATE SYSTEM CONTROL POINTS.
THE SETTING AND/OR RESETTING OF MONUMENTS ON THE EXTERIOR PLAT BOUNDARY AT THE BEGINNING AND
ENDING OF THE CURVE WITHIN THE DEDICATED RIGHT OF WAY OF ROSLAND ROAD HAVE BEEN WAIVED BY THE
