Of LOT 1 Z 1 " = 60' LOT 2 o LOT 3 \ V001* LOT 4 LOT 6 --A\ SURVEYOR'S NARRATIVE--, The purpose of this survey was to establish the boundary lines of that property described in Volume 2000, Page 17703, Deschutes County Official Records, being Lot 7, Block III, Deschutes River Woods, Deschutes County, Oregon. Control for this survey was based the plat of Deschutes River Woods, recorded as CS06504, the other referenced surveys hereon this survey map, the above mentioned deed, and existing monuments found during the course of this survey. Basis of bearings is South Section line of Section 26, being South 89°49'33" East (Bend —Redmond— Prineville Zone — Oregon Coordinate Reference System— OCRS) as shown hereon this survey map. Basis of Bearings determined by RTK (Real Time Kinematic) observation from the Oregon Real Time GNSS Network. All found monuments, set monuments, and resulting lines therefrom were re—established as noted and described hereon this survey map. There appears to have been an error that occurred during the platting of Deschutes River Woods. It appears the South line of the plat, intended to be the South line of Section 26, as set and/or either calculated, does not coincide with the actual South line of Section 26. This error is also apparent in other surveys of record along this same portion of the said plat of Deschutes River Woods. Chris Munson had already filed two surveys in the area, recorded as CS19529 and CS19611, where he held the actual South line of Section 26, together with any found original (R1) monuments, and projecting his established lines Southerly to said section line. After discussions with other local survey professionals, and given the fact of the gross errors and lack of original monumentation in the area, it was decided to adopt and utilitze this same method as used in the prior Munson surveys. Those re—established, and then projected lines, are as shown here on this survey map. Monuments found and set during the course of this survey are as shown on the subjoined survey map.
