THE PURPOSE OF THIS SURVEY IS TO REPLAT THE SOUTH HALF OF LOTS 1 & 2,
BLOCK 25, WIESTORIA, CITY OF BEND, DESCHUTES COUNTY, OREGON, AS
REQUESTED BY OUR CLIENT, RIGEL MENARD, AND AS APPROVED BY THE CITY OF
BEND IN FILE NUMBER PLLD20240413.
CONTROL FOR THIS SURVEY IS BASED ON THE SURVEYS OF RECORD REFERENCED
ON THIS PLAT AND THE SURVEY MONUMENTS SHOWN AS HELD AND SET ON THIS
MAP. THE BOUNDARY OF THE SUBJECT LANDS WAS PREVIOUSLY FULLY RESOLVED
AND MONUMENTED BY JIM PERRY IN HIS 2023 SURVEY OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY,
FILED AS CS21163 WITH THE DESCHUTES COUNTY SURVEYOR'S OFFICE, AND WE
HAVE HELD ALL MONUMENTS HELD OR SET BY PERRY AT THE EXTERIOR
BOUNDARY CORNERS OF THE PROPERTY FOR THIS PARTITION PLAT.
