Control for this survey was based on the referenced surveys hereon this survey map and existing monuments as shown found during the course of this LOT 5 survey. Basis of bearings are based upon the Oregon Coordinate Reference System (OCRS), y Bend —Redmond —Prineville Zone, NAD83 (2011) epoch 2010.00, on a measurement on the common line as shown hereon this survey map, being North 4040'27" West. Basis of Bearings determined by RTK (Real Time Kinematic) observation from the Oregon Real Time GNSS Network.
