DRY CANYON, PHASE 3 SOUTH HAS AN ADJUDICATED 1.5 ACRES OF WATER RIGHT ON CERTIFICATES ISSUED TO CENTRAL
OREGON IRRIGATION DISTRICT. THERE ARE 1.5 ACRES OF WATER RIGHT THAT HAVE BEEN QUITCLAIMED TO THE CITY OF
REDMOND/AIRPORT BY QUITCLAIM DEED (WATER CONVEYANCE AGREEMENT) FOR TRANSFER OF INTEREST IN A WATER RIGHT
RECORDED JANUARY 30, 2025, INSTRUMENT NO.2025-2101, DESCHUTES COUNTY RECORDS. THESE WATER RIGHTS REMAIN
APPURTENANT TO THIS LAND UNTIL COMPLETION OF A WATER RIGHT TRANSFER TO REMOVE THE 1.5 ACRES FROM THE

A RECORD OF SURVEY (PROPERTY LINE ADJUSTMENT) WAS PREPARED BY OUR OFFICE AND FILED WITH THE DESCHUTES
COUNTY SURVEYOR'S OFFICE AS CS19894 (r1) IN MARCH OF 2019. THE BOUNDARIES OF ADJUSTED PROPERTIES ON RECORD
OF SURVEY WERE RETRACED WHICH FORM THE BOUNDARIES OF THIS PLAT. DEED OF DEDICATION RECORDED SEPTEMBER
