POINTE, PHASES V AND VI" AS APPROVED BY THE CITY OF BEND PER PROJECT NUMBER PZ 20-0569, DATED OCTOBER 15, 2020.
A RECORD OF SURVEY WAS PREPARED BY OUR OFFICE IN NOVEMBER OF 2019 AND FILED WITH THE DESCHUTES COUNTY
SURVEYOR'S OFFICE AS CS20064 (r2), THE EXTERIOR BOUNDARIES OF WHICH FORM A PORTION OF THE SOUTHERLY
BOUNDARIES OF THIS PLAT. MONUMENTS SHOWN ON SAID RECORD OF SURVEY WERE FOUND AND HELD.
THE PLAT OF "ACADIA POINTE, PHASES III AND IV" WAS PREPARED BY OUR OFFICE IN JANUARY OF 2025 AND FILED WITH THE

THE SOUTH R/W LINE OF MORNINGSTAR DRIVE WAS ESTABLISHED BY HOLDING FOUND MONUMENTS PER (0) AND (6), AS
SHOWN, AND HOLDING THE FOUND MONUMENT AT THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF WHITEWING PARK FOR THE WEST END OF
THE SOUTH R/W LINE. NOTE THAT ROBERT KARL DID NOT HOLD THE WHITEWING PARK MONUMENT PER CS02465 (r4), HE
ELECTED TO HOLD A FENCE POST THAT FIT HIS CALCULATIONS BETTER AND ESTABLISHED A NEW CORNER AT ITS POSITION.

THE WEST BOUNDARY WAS ESTABLISHED BY HOLDING THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF MADISON, PHASE 5 (6), MONUMENTED
WITH A 5/8" IR WITH YELLOW PLASTIC CAP MARKED "HWA", PER (6) AND THE NORTHEAST RIGHT OF WAY CORNER OF SILAS
DRIVE, MONUMENTED WITH A 5/8" IR WITH YELLOW PLASTIC COLLAR, PER (r3). THIS LINE WAS EXTENDED NORTHERLY THE
RECORD DISTANCE OF 88.18 FEET PER (6) TO THE COMPUTED NORTHEAST CORNER OF MADISON, PHASE 5 (r3), IDENTICAL
WITH THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF WHITEWING PARK (6).
THE REMAINDER OF THE WEST BOUNDARY IS COINCIDENT WITH THE EAST BOUNDARY OF WHITEWING PARK (6),
ESTABLISHED BY HOLDING THE COMPUTED SOUTHEAST CORNER DESCRIBED ABOVE AND THE FOUND MONUMENTAT THE
