A RECORD OF SURVEY WAS PREPARED BY OUR OFFICE IN NOVEMBER OF 2019 AND FILED WITH THE DESCHUTES COUNTY SURVEYOR'S OFFICE AS CS20064 (r2), THE EXTERIOR BOUNDARIES OF WHICH FORM A PORTION OF THE SOUTHERLY BOUNDARIES OF THIS PLAT. MONUMENTS SHOWN ON SAID RECORD OF SURVEY WERE FOUND AND HELD. THIS LINE WAS EXTENDED NORTHERLY THE RECORD DISTANCE OF 88.18 FEET PER (6) TO THE COMPUTED NORTHEAST CORNER OF MADISON, PHASE 5 (r3), IDENTICAL WITH THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF WHITEWING PARK (6).
