THE PURPOSE OF THIS SURVEY WAS TO MONUMENT A PROPERTY LINE ADJUSTMENT BETWEEN PARCEL 1 AND PARCEL 2, PARTITION PLAT
2020-31 AND APPROVED UNDER CITY OF SISTERS LAND USE FILE: LLA 25-04.
THE SUBJECT PROPERTIES ARE LOCATED IN THE SOUTHEAST ONE -QUARTER OF THE NORTHWEST ONE -QUARTER OF SECTION 9, TOWNSHIP
15 SOUTH, RANGE 10 EAST, WILLAMETTE MERIDIAN, CITY OF SISTERS, DESCHUTES COUNTY, OREGON.
FOR THIS SURVEY I FOUND THE MONUMENTS AS SHOWN ON THIS SURVEY. THE FOUND MONUMENTS CLOSELY AGREED WITH THE RECORD
BEARINGS AND DISTANCES PER SAID PARTITION PLAT 2020-031 SO I MADE THE DECISION TO HOLD RECORD DIMENSIONS PER SAID
PARTITION.
I THEN ADJUSTED THE LINES AS DIRECTED BY MY CLIENT AND IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE APPROVED LAND USE DECISION.
