THE PURPOSE OF THIS SURVEY IS TO PARTITION AND MONUMENT THE LAND DESCRIBED IN
THAT STATUTORY BARGAIN AND SALE DEED TO THE CITY OF REDMOND, RECORDED
MAY 30, 2024 AS VOLUME 2024, PAGE 13474.
THE BOUNDARY OF SAID LAND WAS PREVIOUSLY ESTABLISHED IN PARTITION PLAT 2023-28,
REFERENCE, R1.
THE EAST AND SOUTH LINES OF SAID LAND WERE ESTABLISHED HOLDING FOUND
MONUMENTS SET IN R1.
THE SOUTH RIGHT OF WAY OF NE MAPLE AVENUE WAS ESTABLISHED HOLDING FOUND
MONUMENTS SET IN R1. THE NORTH EAST CORNER WAS ESTABLISHED HOLDING THE
BEARING OF SAID EAST LINE AND RECORD R1 DISTANCE OF 4.00 FEET.
THE MONUMENT AT THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF SAID BOUNDARY, BEING THE EAST 1/16
CORNER OF SECTION 10, WAS FOUND BENT AND NOT HELD. WE REESTABLISHED THE
NORTHWEST CORNER AT THE MIDPOINT OF THE FOUND NORTH 1/4 CORNER AND
NORTHEAST CORNER OF SECTION 10. THIS FIT VERY WELL WITH THE R1 MONUMENT SET
AT THE INTERSECTION OF WITHT THE SOUTH RIGHT OF WAY OF NE MAPLE AVENUE AND
THE R2 MONUMENT SET AT THE WEST -EAST 1/64 CORNER OF SECTION 10.
THE WEST LINE WAS ESTABLISHED HOLDING THE R3 MONUMENT SET AT THE NORTHEAST
1/16 CORNER AND SAID NORTHWEST CORNER.
