I, Clinton Stephen Ward, a Registered Professional Land
Surveyor No. 88575 In the State of Oregon, do hereby
certify that I have Made a survey of the lands shown on
this plat of survey and further certify that said tands
were correctly surveyed according to State Statutes
and the rules of Common Law.
SURVEYORS NARRATIVE:
The purpose of this survey was reset the missing
property corners of Lots 8 & 9, Block 4 of FIRST
ADDITION TO WHISPERING PINES ESTATES.
I held the bearing for the East line of Lot 8 for Lot 9.
Holding that bearing I then proportioned between the
found monuments at the South -East corners of Lots 8 &
10 to calculate the position of the South -East corner of
Lot 9 where I set a monument as shown.
Monuments were held as noted.

The coordinate system used for this survey was the
Oregon Coordinate Reference System (OCRS) Bend-
