SURVEYOR'S NARRATIVE: I
The purpose of this survey was to consolidate (LC 26-01) Lots 19-20,
Block 25, Davidson Addition to Sisters, and then adjust the property line
(LLA 26-01) between Lot 18, and the consolidated Lots 19-20, Block 25,
Davidson Addition to Sisters, City of Sisters, Deschutes County, Oregon.
Control for this survey was based my previous survey of Block 25,
recorded as CS21178, and those referenced surveys and those existing
monuments found during the course of that survey. Basis of bearings for
this survey is per the plat of Davidson Addition to Sisters, using ties of
due North and due East from the found monuments of the Southwest
corner of Lot 8, Block 26, and the Southwest corner of Block 7, Davidson
Addition to Sisters, as shown in said (R6) survey and on this survey map.
Lots 18, 19, and 20, Block 25, Davidson Addition to Sisters were then
consolidated and adjusted, as stated above, and then monumented as
shown on this subjoined survey map.
