Goals for the public outreach process
Engage the community in setting land use policy
Ensure the plan addresses community interests and values
Create significant and continuing opportunities for informal land use discussions
Familiarize the public with the purposes and processes of State land use system
Use a wide variety of outreach techniques to get input from a wide variety of people
