I have a business here and am struggling like crazy, working for free, and we are about to loose our house, car, and don't have money for medicine, electricity, groceries, and I am very upset. And, ensure that proper system maintenance prevents the adverse of failing systems that may result in improper discharge of sewage effluent threatening surface waters, groundwater and public health, safety and welfare.
