(1:00) What are low cost options to create a safe bike-ped connection with Elkhorn and the new high school? (1:10) What are the pros and cons of painting 4' bike lanes? (Cons-expense, maintenance, narrowing of traffic lanes. Pros- safety, education of cyclists and vehicle drivers, serving more of the community’s needs. Is colored striping becoming acceptable? Portland is using blue.) The next COACT meeting is March 11th at 3 pm at the COIC Building in Redmond.
