3. CONSIDERATION of Signature of Order No. 2013-030, a Notice of Intent to
Award Contract Letter for the Design of the Next Generation Emergency
Communications Network for Public Safety Agencies – Capt. Erik Utter and
Darryl Nakahira, Sheriff’s Office
Suggested Action: Move signature of Notice of Intent to Award Letter.
4. CONSIDERATION of Second Readings, by Title Only, and Adoption of
Ordinance No. 2013-005, Approving Amendments relating to the Ambulance
Service District Code – Thomas Kuhn, Health Services
Suggested Actions: Conduct second reading by title only of Ordinance No.
2013-005; move adoption of Ordinance.
5. CONSIDERATION of Approval of Federal 5310 Public Transit Grant Award
Recommendations – Judith Ure, Administration
