TITLE OF AGENDA ITEM:
Consideration and signature of Resolution #2013-002, transfer of appropriation in the Property
Management Fund.
PUBLIC HEARING ON THIS DATE? NO
BACKGROUND AND POLICY IMPLICATIONS:
Consideration of Resolution #2013-002. Due to utility costs being higher than anticipated, an
appropriation transfer from the Contingency category to the Materials & Services category is necessary
in the Property Management Fund.
FISCAL IMPLICATIONS:
A transfer of appropriation from Contingency to Materials & Services for $4,114 is required.
RECOMMENDATION & ACTION REQUESTED:
Approval and signature of Resolution #2013-002.

Within the Various Funds of the 2012-2013 * RESOLUTION NO. 2013-002
Deschutes County Budget and Directing Entries *
WHEREAS, attached is a document from the Property Management Department requesting a
transfer of appropriations, and
WHEREAS it is necessary to transfer appropriations within the Deschutes County Budget to
accommodate the request; now therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF DESCHUTES
COUNTY, OREGON, as follows:
Section 1. That the following transfers of appropriations be made:
FROM: 200-1000-501.97-01 Deschutes County Property Management,
Contingency $ 4,114
TO: 200-1000-465.41-10 Deschutes County Property Management,
Water & Sewer $ 2,000
TO: 200-1000-465.62-10 Deschutes County Property Management,
Electricity $ 2,114
Section 2. That the Finance Director make the appropriate entries in the Deschutes County
Budget document to show the above appropriations.
