PUBLIC HEARING ON THIS DATE? NO BACKGROUND AND POLICY IMPLICATIONS: Consideration of Resolution #2013-002. Due to utility costs being higher than anticipated, an appropriation transfer from the Contingency category to the Materials & Services category is necessary in the Property Management Fund. FISCAL IMPLICATIONS: A transfer of appropriation from Contingency to Materials & Services for $4,114 is required. RECOMMENDATION & ACTION REQUESTED: Approval and signature of Resolution #2013-002.
