PUBLIC HEARING ON THIS DATE? NO BACKGROUND AND POLICY IMPLICATIONS: Consideration of Resolution #2013-005. Due to unanticipated changes throughout the duration of the Campus Improvement Project, additional appropriation is required in the Materials & Services category. FISCAL IMPLICATIONS: A transfer of appropriation from the Capital Outlay and Contingency categories to the Materials & Services category for $190,000 is required. RECOMMENDATION & ACTION REQUESTED: Approval and signature of Resolution #2013-005. Additional furniture was added per approval of the Board of Commissioners, additional HVAC and plumbing changes were required, and additional storage and AV changes were made. Appropriation budgeted in capital outlay will be transferred to M&S.
