PUBLIC HEARING ON THIS DATE? NO BACKGROUND AND POLICY IMPLICATIONS: Consideration of Resolution #2013-010. The Public Health Department will decrease Personnel to due a Nurse Practitioner (.50 FTE) retirement effective December 31,2012. This employee will continue working for the County in an on-call capacity. This change was not anticipated at the time the FY 2013 budget was adopted. FISCAL IMPLICATIONS: A transfer of appropriation within the Personnel and Contingency categories is required. RECOMMENDATION & ACTION REQUESTED: Approval and signature of Resolution #2013-010.
