PUBLIC HEARING ON THIS DATE? NO BACKGROUND AND POLICY IMPLICATIONS: Consideration of Resolution #2013-017. Effective March 1,2013, the Behavioral Health Department will hire a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (040 FTE). This position will be combined with an unfilled position to create a .60 FTE Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner. At the time the FY 2013 budget was adopted, it was undetermined whether an employee or a contractor would provide services and therefore appropriation was budgeted in the Materials & Services category. FISCAL IMPLICATIONS: A transfer of appropriation from Materials & Services to Personnel for $56,280 is required. RECOMMENDATION & ACTION REQUESTED: Approval and signature of Resolution #2013-017.
