County Personal Property Surplus and Authoring Donation.

Deschutes County Code 2.3 7 .110 sets out the methods the County can use to dispose of surplus

The shed will be delivered by the Solid Waste Department and will be donated as is.

discuss this proposed donation. According to staff at the Oregon Ethics Commission, the proposed
