PUBLIC HEARING ON THIS DATE? No BACKGROUND AND POLICY IMPLICATIONS: Deschutes County staff discovered that although the parcel is carried in assessment records as a tax lot parcel, it is used by the public as a road. The parcel was conveyed to Deschutes County for road purposes by deed dated March 21, 1973, but was never accepted by Deschutes County pursuant to ORS 92.014. This Acceptance of Deed will correct that deficiency. County Engineer George Kolb confirmed that this is the appropriate action.
