PUBLIC HEARING ON THIS DATE? NO BACKGROUND AND POLICY IMPLICATIONS: Consideration of Resolution #2013-058. The Personnel category in the Behavioral Health Fund will be increased by $88,735 to add a Behavioral Health Specialist II (1.00 FTE). This position was included in the original FY 2014 budget in the Public Health Fund. It has since been determined that it should have been budgeted in the Behavioral Health Fund. FISCAL IMPLICATIONS: A transfer of appropriation from Contingency to Personnel for $88,735 is necessary. RECOMMENDATION & ACTION REQUESTED: Approval and signature of Resolution #2013-058.
