PUBLIC HEARING ON THIS DATE? NO BACKGROUND AND POLICY IMPLICATIONS: Consideration of Resolution #2013-109. The Personnel category in the Public Health Fund will be decreased by $88,735 (1.00 FTE). The FY 2014 budget included this position in the Public Health Fund, but it has since been detennined it should be included in the Behavioral Health Fund. FISCAL IMPLICATIONS: A transfer of appropriation from Personnel to Contingency for $88,735 is required. RECOMMENDATION & ACTION REQUESTED: Approval and signature of Resolution #2013-109.
