PUBLIC HEARING ON THIS DATE? NO BACKGROUND AND POLICY IMPLICATIONS: Consideration of Resolution #2013-110. In conjunction with the addition of 2.80 FTE for a maternal/child health program, partially funded by a $134,000 grant, an increase of .15 FTE for a supervisor position is required. This program optimizes the use of primary care, oral health, behavioral health, prevention, family support and early learning initiatives. FISCAL IMPLICATIONS: A transfer of appropriation from Contingency to Personnel for $14,089 is required. RECOMMENDATION & ACTION REQUESTED: Approval and signature of Resolution #2013-110. This grant is to improve prenatal and early childhood wellness through coordinated care system that empowers low income families and optimizes their use of primary care, oral health, behavioral health, prevention, family support and early learning initiatives. In order to meet fidelity with this initiative, we must increase our supervision fte. Please let me know if you have any questions or need additional information.
