PUBLIC HEARING ON THIS DATE? NO BACKGROUND AND POLICY IMPLICATIONS: Consideration of Resolution #20l3-118. The County has decided to proceed with the approval ofa tentative plat for two quadrants in the Newberry Neighborhood. This was not anticipated at the time the FY 2014 budget was adopted. The cost of the approval will be shared with the developer. Additional appropriation in the Materials & Services Category will be required. FISCAL IMPLICATIONS: A transfer of appropriation, in the amount of $20,000, from Contingency to Materials & Services Category in the Newberry Neighborhood Fund is necessary. RECOMMENDATION & ACTION REQUESTED: Approval and signature of Resolution #20l3-118. Costs are being shared on a prorated basis with Pahlisch Homes, who owns one of the quadrants. All three quadrants had previously received tentative plat approval, but the approval had expired. It was decided that Pahlisch and County would make a joint application and share costs.
