A transfer of appropriation is required for the following reason and will be used for the following purpose:
It was not anticipated at budget preparation that the County would proceed with an approval of a tentative plat for two quadrants
of property within the Newberry Neighborhood. Costs are being shared on a prorated basis with Pahlisch Homes, who owns one of the
quadrants. All three quadrants had previously received tentative plat approval, but the approval had expired. It was decided that
Pahlisch and County would make a joint application and share costs.
