No BACKGROUND AND POLICY IMPLICATIONS: OSU Cascades is purchasing two parcels adjacent to the County's "Demo Landfill" property. OSU has requested lot line adjustments between the three property owners (Deschutes County, Robinson, and Cascade Medical) because of County landfill encroachment on what will become OSU property. There are four separate deed documents: 1. Acceptance of deed from Cascade Holding Group for 0.34 acres 2. Acceptance of deed from 4R Equipment, LLC (Robinson) for 0.45 acres 3. Conveyance of deed to 4R Equipment, LLC for 0.79 acres 4. Conveyance of deed to Deschutes County for newly configured parcels after lot line FISCAL IMPLICATIONS: There is no financial consideration. There is no net loss of County property.
