3. CONSIDERATION of Chair Signature of Document No. 2014-051, the 2014
Fund Exchange Agreement with ODOT regarding Surface Transportation
Program Funds for State Funds – George Kolb, Road Department
Suggested Action: Move Chair signature of Document No. 2014-051.
4. CONSIDERATION of First and Second Readings by Title Only, and
Adoption, with a 30-Day Effective Date, of Ordinance No. 2014-006, Changing
the Plan Designation for Certain Property from Terrebonne Residential to
Terrebonne Commercial Business District – Will Groves, Community
Development
Suggested Actions: Conduct first and second readings by title only; move
adoption of Ordinance No. 2014-006.

Gathering Permit Application for the 4 Peaks Music Festival on a Tumalo Area
Property (File No. OMG-13-1) – Cynthia Smidt, Community Development
Suggested Actions: Open hearing and take testimony; consider a decision on
whether to approve Document No. 2014-042.
