PUBLIC HEARING ON THIS DATE? NO BACKGROUND AND POLICY IMPLICATIONS: Consideration of Resolution #2014-011. Parking facilities at the Deschutes County 911 building are in need of expansion. This expenditure was not anticipated in the FY 2014 budget. FISCAL IMPLICATIONS: A transfer of appropriation from Contingency to Capital Outlay for $250,000 is required. RECOMMENDATION & ACTION REQUESTED: Approval and signature of Resolution #2014-011.
