PUBLIC HEARING ON THIS DATE? NO BACKGROUND AND POLICY IMPLICATIONS: Consideration of Resolution #2014-024. The Sisters School-based Health Clinic requires additional funds for completion. To partially fill this need, the Board has authorized a transfer of funds from the OHP Mental Health Services Fund. This was not anticipated at the time the FY 2014 budget was adopted. FISCAL IMPLICATIONS: A transfer of appropriation from Contingency to Transfers Out -Fund 464 in the OHP -Mental Health Services Fund is necessary. RECOMMENDATION & ACTION REQUESTED: Approval and signature of Resolution #2014-024. That the following transfers of appropriations be made: FROM: 270-2200-501.97-01 Deschutes County OHP Mental Health Services, Contingency $ 50,000 TO: 270-2200-491.96-10 Deschutes County OHP Mental Health Services, Transfers Out, Miscellaneous $ 50,000 Section 2.
