CONSIDERATION of First and Second Readings by Title Only, and Adoption of Ordinance No. 2014-003, Amending Code to Change “Base Fine” to “Presumptive Fine”, and Set the Maximum Fine as the Presumptive Fine and Minimum Fine for Certain Violations – Laurie Craghead, County Counsel Suggested Actions: Move first and second readings by title only; move adoption of Ordinance No. 2014-003.
