5. CONSIDERATION of Board Signature of Document No. 2014-209, a
Collective Bargaining Agreement between Deschutes County and the American
Federation of State, County and Municipal Employees (AFSCME), Local 3997,
from July 1, 2014 through June 30 2017 – Tom Anderson, County Administrator

012, Amending Title 23 of Code to Incorporate ‘Housekeeping’ Changes that
Correct Errors or Provide Clarification of Existing Regulations, Procedures and
