CONSIDERATION of First and Second Readings by Title Only, and Adoption by Emergency, of Ordinance No. 2014-010, Amending Title 18 of Code, Incorporating Changes to the Oregon Revised Statutes and Oregon Administrative Rule regarding the Exclusive Farm Use Zone – Paul Blikstad, Community Development Suggested Actions: Move first and second readings by title only, and adoption by emergency of Ordinance No. 2014-010.
