CONSIDERATION of Converting Business Loans to Grants (Agee Pharmaceuticals - $14,000; Buhner Fry, Inc. dba NAVIS - $50,000; Dent Instruments - $12,000; and G.L. Solutions - $33,333.33) – Judith Ure, Administration; Roger Lee, EDCO Suggested Action: Move approval of these business loan conversions.
