DATE: May 27 2014 FROM: Paul Blikstad Department CDD Phone # 6554 TITLE OF AGENDA ITEM: Consideration of Board Signature of Document No. 2014-286, a Release of a Conditions of Approval Agreement, and Document No. 2014-287, the Release of a Farm and Forest Management Easement, which were required for a medical hardship dwelling in the Exclusive Farm Use Zone. PUBLIC HEARING ON THIS DATE? No BACKGROUND AND POLICY IMPLICATIONS: The Planning Division approved a Temporary Use Permit (file no. TU-12-16) for a medical hardship dwelling in the EFU zone. The hardship dwelling has been removed and the owner has requested that the County release the Conditions of Approval Agreement and Farm and Forest Management Easement, which were required as part of the approval. FISCAL IMPLICATIONS: None. If approved, the owner will be required to pay the recording fees. RECOMMENDATION & ACTION REQUESTED: Approve the releases and provide the originals to the applicant/owner for recording. ATTENDANCE: Paul Blikstad, Laurie Craghead DISTRIBUTION OF DOCUMENTS: Planning Staff will handle the distribution of documents once they are recorded. Dilley, for the purpose of meeting all conditions of approval for a Temporary Use Permit as required in the conditions of approval for Deschutes County permit TU-12-16, does hereby acknowledge that the hardship dwelling has been removed, and the Conditions of Approval Agreement is hereby released.
