RECOMMENDATION & ACTION REQUESTED: Board signature of Resolution No. 2014-058 ATTENDANCE: Christina Partain, Wayne Lowry DISTRIBUTION OF DOCUMENTS: None REVIEWED LEGAL COUNSEL For Recording Stamp Only BEFORE THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF DESCHUTES COUNTY, OREGON ACTING AS THE GOVERNING BODY OF THE SUNRIVER SERVICE DISTRICT A Resolution Adopting and Continuing Fees * And Charges for Services and Providing an * RESOLUTION NO. 2014-058 Effective Date. * WHEREAS, the Sunriver Service District charges fees for services and permits; and WHEREAS, it is necessary to adopt and amend the fee schedule of the Sunriver Service District annually each July 1 in accordance with Chapter 4.12 of the Deschutes County Code, as amended; and WHEREAS, the Deschutes Sunriver Service District has proposed fees and charges for services and permits; and WHEREAS, The Board of County Commissioners held a public hearing on June 4th , 2014, on the proposed fees and charges for services and permits and finds that the fees and charges for services and permits as set forth in Exhibit "A" reflect the actual cost of providing services and permits; now, therefore, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF DESCHUTES COUNTY, OREGON, as follows: Section 1. That the fees set forth in Exhibit "A", attached hereto and, by this reference, incorporated herein, is hereby adopted as the fees and charges of the Sunriver Service District. Section 2. The fees and charges for services and permits adopted in Section 1 of this Resolution are effective July 1,2014. Section 3. All fees and charges for services and permits in effect prior to July 1, 2014, are hereby continued or superseded as provided herein.
