PUBLIC HEARING ON THIS DATE? No. BACKGROUND AND POLICY IMPLICATIONS: Consideration of Resolution #2014-080, transferring appropriations within the Black Butte Ranch Service District Fund. Additional appropriation is required in the Materials & Services category due to expenditures for Range Master Training and the Community Education Program. These were not anticipated at the time the FY 2014 budget was adopted. FISCAL IMPLICATIONS: A transfer of appropriation from Contingency to Materials & Services for $10,000 is required. RECOMMENDATION & ACTION REQUESTED: Approval and signature of Resolution #2014-080. Our projections show we will likely be just under the current budget but let's play it safe. I did change the first entry from Telephone to Supplies but I don't have the correct line number for that so I highlighted it in orange. I also left the yellow highlights in the areas I amended. If there is an audit adjustment in the fall does that affect the major category rules (in case the adjust over the budgeted amount in a major category)?
