PUBLIC HEARING ON THIS DATE? NO BACKGROUND AND POLICY IMPLICATIONS: Consideration of Resolution #2014-093. Actual resources, both beginning net working capital and federal grants, available in FY 2014 exceed what was estimated for the FY 2014 budget. In order to expend these additional resources, it is necessary to transfer appropriation from Contingency to the Materials & Services category. Additional appropriation is necessary in the Materials & Services category. FISCAL IMPLICATIONS: A transfer of appropriation from Contingency to Materials & Services for $50,000 is required. RECOMMENDATION & ACTION REQUESTED: Approval and signature of Resolution #2014-093. That the following transfers of appropriations be made: FROM: 326-5000-501.97-01 Natural Resource Protection Fund, Contingency $ 50,000 TO: 326-5000-432.56-20 Natural Resource Protection Fund, Forester Grants, National Fire $ 50,000 Section 2.
