PUBLIC HEARING ON THIS DATE? NO BACKGROUND AND POLICY IMPLICATIONS: Consideration of Resolution #2014-094, transferring appropriations within the Adult Parole & Probation Fund. Electronic Monitoring program usage continues to increase beyond what was initially predicted. Since billing for FY 2014 expenditures are received well into July and August, the transfer is required in order to ensure that Materials & Services will not be over expended commensurate with current unanticipated year-end spending levels. FISCAL IMPLICATIONS: A transfer of appropriation from Contingency to Materials & Services for $100,000 is required. RECOMMENDATION & ACTION REQUESTED: Approval and signature of Resolution #2014-094. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF DESCHUTES COUNTY, OREGON, as follows: Section 1. That the following transfers of appropriations be made: FROM: 355-8200-501.97-01 Deschutes County Adult Parole & Probation. Contingency $ 100,000 TO: 355-8200-423.34-46 Deschutes County Adult Parole & Probation, Electronic Monitoring $ 100.000 Section 2.
