PUBLIC HEARING ON THIS DATE? NO BACKGROUND AND POLICY IMPLICATIONS: Consideration of Resolution #2014-107. The Personnel category in the Behavioral Health Fund will be increased by $321,458 due to the addition of four Behavioral Health Specialist II positions (4.00 FTE). A significant increase in OHP clients requires the need for additional staffing of both the access and adult outpatient teams. This need was not anticipated when the FY 2015 original budget was adopted. FISCAL IMPLICATIONS: A transfer of appropriation from Contingency to Personnel for $321,458 is necessary. RECOMMENDATION & ACTION REQUESTED: Approval and signature of Resolution #2014-107. This appropriation transfer adds the fte to our FY 15 budget.
