PUBLIC HEARING ON THIS DATE? NO BACKGROUND AND POLICY IMPLICATIONS: Consideration of Resolution #2014-120. Due to a reassignment of departmental responsibilities, it was determined that three Medical Office Assistant positions (I .50 FTE) budgeted in Public Health (Fund 259) should be reallocated to Behavioral Health (Fund 275). A transfer of appropriation within the Personnel category of each fund is required. FISCAL IMPLICATIONS: A transfer of appropriation within the Public Health and Behavioral Funds Personnel category is necessary. RECOMMENDATION & ACTION REQUESTED: Approval and signature of Resolution #2014-120. We received approval from Tom Anderson during the week ending 7/25/14 to move these positions to Fund 275 ­ Behavioral Health Operations. An appropriation transfer removing this fte from Fund 259 is included. These medical office assistant authorizations numbers are #10, #18 and #19 in Fund 259. On or around August 20, 2014, Cindy Bell (auth #10 in fund 259) will begin working in Behavioral Health. Teri -In Fund 275, please allocate what was #10 and #18 in Fund 259 to project code MATRS, our Annex program. Please allocate what was #19 in Fund 259 50% to MCCl and 50% to MATST for our South County Hub location. At this time, I do not know if these positions will be hired as part time or full time positions. Please reply with the new authorization numbers in Fund 275. Danielie -Once we know the new authorization numbers in Fund 275, please assign Cindy Bell to the authorization number that is allocated 50% MCCl and 50% MATST.
