PUBLIC HEARING ON THIS DATE? NO BACKGROUND AND POLICY IMPLICATIONS: Consideration of Resolution #2014-128. The Sisters School-based Health Clinic requires additional funds for completion. To partially fill this need, the Board has authorized a transfer of funds from the OHP Mental Health Services Fund. This was not anticipated at the time the FY 2015 budget was adopted. FISCAL IMPLICATIONS: A transfer of appropriation from Contingency to Transfers Out Fund 464 in the OHP -Mental Health Services Fund is necessary. RECOMMENDATION & ACTION REQUESTED: Approval and signature of Resolution #2014-128. At this time, it is estimated that an additional $21,500 will be needed to close out the project. The increase in appropriation is for $25,000, but the amount transferred from Fund 270 to Fund 464 will the actual amount required to close the project. Please review the worksheet, modify as necessary and then send an email to Wayne Lowry, copy to Lacy Nichols, requesting that Finance prepare a resolution for BOCC approval (attach the Excel file.) Such resources will be expended on infrastructure and general construction costs which were not foreseen at the time the FY 2015 budget was adopted.
