Dave,
Attached is the worksheet to be used as the supporting documentation for a resolution to increase the Transfer Out
category in Fund 270.
At this time, it is estimated that an additional $21,500 will be needed to close out the project. The increase in
appropriation is for $25,000, but the amount transferred from Fund 270 to Fund 464 will the actual amount required to
close the project.
Please review the worksheet, modify as necessary and then send an email to Wayne Lowry, copy to Lacy Nichols,
requesting that Finance prepare a resolution for BOCC approval (attach the Excel file.)
Please contact me with questions.
