Subject: BH and PH appropriation transfer request -remove BHS II from Fund 259 and add to Fund
275
Attachments: BH add 1.0 BHS II Karriker and Noble.xls; PH remove 1.0 BHS II Karriker and Noble.xls
Health Services currently has 1.0 BHS II budgeted 100% in Fund 259 -Public Health Operations. Historically, these
positions were added to Fund 259 with a transfer from Fund 275 -Mental Health to cover the cost of the positions. This
model was set up in FY 10 and is no longer applicable. These appropriation transfers will add these two .50 BHS II fte in
Fund 275 and and remove them from Fund 259, eliminating the need for a quarterly transfer between Funds.
These BHS II authorizations numbers are #3 and #4 in Fund 259.
Teri -please use project code MCCL for these positions in Fund 275.
Jane Smilie has received permission to process transactions of this type without needing specific permission from Tom
Anderon or Erik Kropp.
Please let me know if you have any questions or need additional information.
