PUBLIC HEARING ON THIS DATE? NO BACKGROUND AND POLICY IMPLICATIONS: Consideration of Resolution #2014-141. The Health Services indigent contract with St. Charles was negotiated at a rate higher than anticipated at the time the FY 2015 budget was adopted. FISCAL IMPLICATIONS: A transfer of appropriation from Contingency to Materials & Services for $70,000 is necessary. RECOMMENDATION & ACTION REQUESTED: Approval and signature of Resolution #2014-141. That the following transfers of appropriations be made: FROM: 276-2200-501.97-01 Deschutes County Acute Care Services, Contingency $ 70,000 TO: 276-2200-444.33-99 Deschutes County Acute Care Services, Professional Services -Contracts $ 70,000 Section 2.
