CONSIDERATION of Second Reading by Title Only, and Adoption of Ordinances No. 2014-027 and 2014-028, a Plan and Zone Change for Property at Deschutes Junction, from EFU to RI (previous Piping Company location) – Will Groves, Community Development Suggested Actions: Move second reading by title only and adoption of Ordinance No. 2014-027.
