discretion, regarding issues that are not already on the agenda.
Citizens who wish to speak should sign a testimony sheet prior to the beginning of the
meeting on the sign-up cards provided, and give the card to the Recording Secretary.
Please use the microphone and also state your name and address at the time the Board calls
on you to speak.
PLEASE NOTE: Citizen input regarding matters that are or have been the subject of a public
hearing will NOT be included in the record of that hearing.
3. CONSIDERATION of Approval of Tumalo Trail Grant Application – Peter
Russell, Community Development
Suggested action: Approve submission of grant application.
4. CONTINUATION of a Public Hearing and Consideration of Signature of
Order No. 2012-006, Approving Formation of a Deschutes County Chapter 451
Service District for Emergency Communications Services, Withdrawal of
Properties in the Current Emergency Communications Service District, and
Setting a Public Hearing – Laurie Craghead, County Counsel
Actions: Continue hearing from this morning; take testimony.

Properties in the Current Emergency Communications Service District, and
